Fitness is everything and I am glad the kids are keeping up and not complaining.

Physical training to the limit with coach Ryan


Dear friends of the Under 15s team


Looks like Coach Ryan is pushing the team physically.

For the players who have never played in the Nationals, physical fitness is one of the most important aspect of training to be a champ.

When the game becomes a 3 setter, the only thing that differentiates the winner from the loser is fitness.

So the players better train hard in all aspects and Ryan is heading in the right direction.

Question: What is Damien doing there? He is always everywhere in the Under 15s. He pops up everywhere. When will he make his own Under 15s? :)
